About this movie

Tiffany Haddish (Girls Trip) is hysterical in Tyler Perry’s (Madea) most outrageous comedy yet. Trying to get back on her feet, wild child Tanya (Haddish) looks to her buttoned-up sister Danica (Tika Sumpter, Ride Along) to get her life together. As these polar opposites hilariously collide, Tanya discovers that Danica’s picture-perfect life — including her online romance — may not be what it seems. With the aid of her eccentric mother (comedy legend Whoopi Goldberg), Tanya will do whatever it takes to help… even if it means completely blowing up her sister’s life! Omari Hardwick (Power) and Amber Riley (Glee) also star in this side-splittingly funny hit.

Watch the movie for yourself and determine whether or not you like it. Everyone has different taste. For me I had some laughs then the sister Danika just seemed like a super annoying character, especially the scene in the end with her singing in the rain. Felt like her acting wasn't up to par. But that's my opinion, watch the movie and find out for yourself. For everyone else that keeps complaining about the bad words and too much sex talk... Hello!!! It's rated R! Grow up.

I kept trying to get through this movie because I paid for it but kept turning it off. It's nowhere as funny or focused as the trailer. The movie is too long for its contrived plot and "drama." Instead of being focused on anything in particular, it's all over the place and ends up in classic rom-com territory with nothing new to say. I keep taking breaks from watching but may just let this one go and not finish it at all.

I found the trailer to be super misleading. I thought the movie was going to be about the the three main girls finding the so-called “catfish”. Instead, it turned into a weird dramedy I just wasn’t prepared for. Tiffany Haddish was just too much for me and the other characters were boring or annoying. Crappy storyline and honestly, not the best acting. Haddish was the best actress in the movie but, again, she was just way to over the top. Definitely wouldn’t watch again. I want my $5 back Google.
